Call 911 if anyone is injured. If the police are summoned, get a copy of the accident report, or find out where you can get a copy.
Exchange information with the other driver: Driver’s Name, Address, Driver’s License Number, License Plate Number, Year, Make and Model of their Vehicle, Phone Number, Insurance Company, Policy Number, Insurance Company Phone Number.
Write a complete description of how the accident happened as soon as possible so the details are still fresh in your mind. Include the date and time of the accident, location, as well as the weather conditions. Describe the damages done to all vehicles that were involved.
If your cell phone takes photos or if you have a camera, take pictures of your vehicle and the other party’s vehicle. If anyone witnessed the accident, be sure to also exchange contact information with them.
It is not a good idea to admit fault after your accident. When you report the accident to the insurance companies, they will get statements from all the parties involved, and it is their job to determine who was at fault, or the percentage of fault attributed to each of the drivers.

We will take it from there and guide you through the entire repair process. Your insurance company will send their estimator to our shop to inspect the damages and write an estimate.
